We had a great stay in tat saarsa . I went with my family and we liked a lot. The food was also wonderful. Staff here is so humble and polite. Hotel staff corporated a lot specially as i went with my one year daughter so they provided me the food and baby stuff without any additional charges. Thanks a lot for the lovely and comfort stay…..

Very poor experience. All the staff are so rude and very money minded . Any extra demand, they ask for extra charge like on breakfast i ask for simple cold coffee they ask charges for that even cycling is also chargable that i have never seen anywhere .They took extra charge for extra water bottles. They give discount coupon at the time of check-in and did not explained how to redeem and they didn't gives discounts on them because I had to keep it always with me and show at the time of giving order. I don't understand why they give coupon for own property and if you want to give discount then why not deduct directly And when i ordered food in my room they ask us to pay the bill right before eating. The only thing i like about property is the location near the lake. Even the bathrooms are not maintained.
